Reiki and energetic bodywork is a gentle hands-on therapy that addresses healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. By addressing issues existing at these more subtle levels, energetic bodywork can transmute blockages allowing for lasting healing to become grounded in the physical body. This modality of bodywork opens the door for a deep sense of restoration by bringing awareness to the information residing in the body’s refined energetic anatomy. Our brains filter out this awareness in the fast-paced everyday world we live in, however, profound wisdom and healing can be accessed when we drop into the relaxed state that Reiki unlocks.
Acupoint Essential Oil is the use of essential oils on acupuncture points to facilitate and deepen the bodywork session.
Dresden is one of the most intuitive healers I've come across. She knows when and how to hold space for me and my thoughts, and then magically chimes in at the perfect time with gentle prompts that often shift my outlook. I feel at ease in Dresden's presence and know her years of experience and warm heart will guide me to a better place each time I come in for a session. Her knowledge of Chinese herbs help maintain our progress when I can't come in to see her. She is always happy to answer my questions with a smile. Highly recommend and will be returning for years to come.

Dresden’s interest in energywork, energetic self-healing and Reiki has been a 12-year journey which includes the study of meditation from various traditions, nature, anatomy, yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbalism. This journey has been a meandering path, one that may not have always made sense, but one she is wholeheartedly committed to. As a graduate of AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine (Austin, Tx) with a Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Dresden blends knowledge of Chinese Medicine with Energy Medicine and essential oils. All modalities serve to remind us of our essential and whole nature.
